Job description

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Client Accounts Coordinator to join a well-regarded DC law firm. The Coordinator will collaborate with attorneys and staff to review client fee arrangements, ensuring alignment with firm and outside counsel guidelines. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a solid foundation in legal billing or professional services accounting looking to take on a more client focused role!

Responsibilities Include:
• Review outside counsel guidelines and engagement letters to ensure billing terms and conditions are consistent
• Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting and year-end processes
• Ensure compliance with client and attorney billing requirements
• Manage new business forms engagement letters, and other documents in internal systems
• Stay up to date with firm's processes and procedures

Qualifications Include:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of legal billing experience or client accounting experience
• Proficient in Elite or Aderant, Excel, and Access
• Professional communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Compensation:
• $57,000 - $79,000 annually DOE

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
