As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the nursing staff and ensuring the well-being of residents. Your dedication to providing high-quality care will help create a positive and nurturing environment for those in your care.
  • Provide supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living according to care plans
  • Coordinate dining room services, including set-up, clean-up, and meal documentation
  • Deliver nutritional supplements and document intake
  • Assist with weighing residents and recording weight changes
  • Monitor and report on residents' skin conditions
  • Support nursing staff with toileting program activities
  • Complete daily flow sheets and document resident progress
  • Communicate changes in residents' conditions to nurses and supervisors
Requirements:
  • 1 year experience in long-term care
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Travel experience
  • BLS certification (Must be AHA)
  • Successful work history with previous assignments longer than 13 weeks
  • No disciplinary action against certification
