The Staten Island Workforce1 Career Center is partnering with Samaritan Daytop Village to find qualified candidates for a Case Manager in Staten Island, New York. For over 60 years, Samaritan Daytop Village has provided health and human services to individuals and families, offering compassion, respect, and support during difficult times. The organization is committed to helping people rebuild stability, pursue recovery, and move forward with dignity. The Case Manager assists clients who require social service support and works with individuals to identify their needs and goals. The position interviews and evaluates clients and develops Independent Living Plans in collaboration with them.
