Hospitalist / Nocturnist Physician
Rome Health | Rome, New York 7-On / 7-Off Schedule
Rome Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist or Nocturnist to join our close-knit, community-focused medical team in Rome, NY. This opportunity is ideal for physicians who value meaningful patient relationships, collaborative care, and practicing medicine where your work truly makes a difference.
You'll care for a diverse patient population in a supportive, well-staffed hospital setting that emphasizes physician well-being, teamwork, and balance-without the bureaucracy of large systems.
Position Highlights
  • 7-On / 7-Off Block Schedule supporting work-life balance
  • Competitive Base Salary: $270,000-$325,000 annually (based on role and experience)
