$22,500 Sign-On Bonus Available United Health Services (UHS) is hiring experienced Registered Nurses to join our Float Pool team supporting Critical Care or Medical-Surgical/Telemetry units across Wilson Medical Center and Binghamton General Hospital. This role is ideal for adaptable, clinically confident RNs who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy caring for diverse patient populations while expanding their expertise across multiple inpatient specialties. Float Pool nurses play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care wherever the need is greatest, working alongside skilled interdisciplinary teams and making an impact across the health system. Work Environment

  • The Float Nurse will work in multiple care areas/ units across the UHS Hospitals care areas.
  • Work is performed in an office environment and patient care areas which require working in proximity to other employees and patients. Rooms are air conditioned and heated.
  • Frequent walking, standing, bending and lifting.
  • Fast paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Exposure to equipment cleaning solutions and disinfectants.
  • PPE (Eyewear, Masks, Face shields, Shoe covers, and Gloves) as required by UHS Hospitals Infection Control policies.

  • Mid-Adult: 46 - 59 Years
