Ideal candidate is aย licensed Professional Engineer in Arizonaย with 6 years of design experience in land development and related infrastructure.

They excel at leading technical aspects of projects, mentoring junior engineers, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with all standards and deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee civil engineering projects related to land development (residential, commercial), transportation, and drainage.

Supervise and mentor engineers-in-training and technical staff.

Assist in project scope definition, complexity assessment, and scheduling.

Ensure project deliverables by maintaining compliance with all standards, regulations, and timelines.
