Sleep Medicine / Neurology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Four 10-Hour Days | Day Shift

Location: La Grande, OR (Rural Eastern Oregon)

Compensation: $145K - $150K+ per year

We are seeking an innovative, energetic, and flexible Sleep Medicine / Neurology NP or PA to join a supportive, close-knit clinical team at a growing Critical Access Hospital in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon. Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and manage patients presenting with a wide range of sleep disorders
  • Review sleep studies with physician support in an AASM-accredited sleep facility offering both in-lab and home sleep monitoring services
  • Initiate and manage PAP therapy for appropriate patients
  • Provide patient and family education on sleep hygiene and treatment adherence
  • Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC electronic health records
Qualifications
  • Current NP or PA licensure (required)
  • Board certification or board eligibility (required)
  • Experience in sleep medicine or neurology (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience as a NP/PA with experience in Neurology preferred
  • Comfort with and interest in practicing in a rural community setting
