  • Reconcile all general ledger accounts monthly.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, executive reporting packages, cash flow reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Support inventory accounting, production reporting, and financial controls related to manufacturing and distribution.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Program Management, HR, and executive leadership to monitor contract performance and project burn rates.
  • Lead finance process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and prepare for DCAA audits.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, FAR, DCAA, and all applicable government contracting regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA, CFA, CGFM, or CMA designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience.
  • Expert-level experience with Deltek Costpoint is required.
