You set the standard for engineering quality on your team, proactively identify risks before they escalate, and communicate clearly with both technical peers and business stakeholders. You take full ownership of your work from design through deployment, hold yourself to a high bar for code quality, and bring consistency and professionalism to everything you deliver. • Strong command of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
  • Experience working with globally distributed or offshore development teams.
  • Proficiency with Git-based platforms (Bitbucket or GitHub) for version control and collaboration.
  • Experience with Jira or similar tools for task tracking and sprint management.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
