We are looking for an experienced BAS Controls Technician to join a leading provider of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC controls across the Milwaukee region. The company is known for its deep technical expertise, reliable service, and long-standing partnerships.

Position Details:
  • Title: BAS Controls Technician
  • Location: Milwaukee, WI (local service territory)
  • Status: Full-Time | Overtime Eligible
  • Travel: Local only | Rare overnight travel
Ideal Candidate:
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a BAS Technician, Controls Specialist, or related role
  • Direct experience with BAS platforms such as Distech, Allerton, LynxSpring, KMC, or Phoenix Controls
  • Tridium (Niagara N4) certification is highly preferred
  • Strong background in BAS programming, integration, and troubleshooting
  • Skilled in commissioning protocols, point-to-point testing, and system verification
  • Effective communicator capable of working directly with end users, contractors, and internal teams
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and start up building automation and HVAC control systems
  • Perform diagnostics, repair, and service on existing BAS installations
  • Optimize and rewrite control sequences to improve system performance
  • Support commissioning activities, system checkout, and quality control
  • Provide end-user support, technical training, and system documentation
  • Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
