Job description

Job Summary

Responsible for managing enterprise SAP application teams and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives. Provides direction for the design, implementation, and operational support of SAP solutions across finance, supply chain, HR, and other core functions. Oversees system reliability, scalability, and compliance with industry and regulatory standards while supporting process automation and innovation. Coordinates with cross‑functional teams and technology partners to deliver integrated, efficient, and future‑ready SAP platforms.

Essential Functions
  • Manages the design, implementation, and support of enterprise SAP applications across functional areas.
  • Oversees and coordinates system integrations, upgrades, and migrations to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Supports strategies for SAPS/4HANA adoption, cloud transformation, and digital enablement in partnership with senior leaders.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory, security, and data governance requirements within SAP environments.
  • Works with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
  • Leads SAP project planning, supervises resource allocation, and manages budgets to achieve program objectives.
  • Conducts performance reviews, hires, develops, and provides guidance to SAP engineers and analysts.
  • Monitors system performance and drives improvements in SAP operations and team practices.
  • Coordinates vendor relationships and manages service delivery to optimize SAP licensing, services, and innovations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field. 4–5 years of related/progressive experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part‑time and PRN experience will be prorated; volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.

Certifications & Licensures
  • SAP Certified Application Associate in one or more modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD, HCM) (Required)
  • SAP Certified Technology Specialist or SAP Certified Development Specialist, SAPS/4HANA certification, or Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master) (Preferred)
Working Conditions

Intermittent sitting at the computer workstation for extended periods of time; performing tasks with repetitive motions such as typing; occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds; occasional standing or walking with objects weighing up to 25 pounds; risk of back injury from moving, lifting, or positioning patients, equipment, or materials; exposure to hazardous chemicals and fumes, cuts/punctures, and bloodborne or airborne pathogens. Physical demands are intermittent and may include walking and standing.
