What You'll Do
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Record maintenance activities, inspection results, and reliability metrics in compliance with company standards and safety regulations
  • Monitor Equipment Performance: Track and analyze operational data to ensure machinery runs within optimal parameters, reducing downtime and improving efficiency
  • Perform Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment failures before they occur
  • Support Reliability Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to develop strategies that enhance equipment reliability and extend asset life
  • Troubleshoot and Repair Issues: Respond to equipment malfunctions, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions to restore functionality quickly
What You'll Need
  • Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environment
  • Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift which may include weekends and holiday
  • Must have Intermediate skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Use math and knowledge of the job to determine if product is within specs
  • Capable to perform the physical requirements of the job (lift 35-50 lbs.)
  • Experience with QMOS, and SAP Preferred
Your Education
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Associates degree in instrumentation, electronics or mechatronics program from a Technical Trade School preferred
