Develop your talents

By applying for your expertise within our facility in Pryor OK, as a Reliability Lead: 

  • Drive reliability‑centered maintenance by implementing effective preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Ensure accurate defect handling and work order execution, including proper prioritization, follow‑up, and closure.
  • Create, manage, and support maintenance work orders related to repairs, changeovers, and production transitions.
  • Lead and document Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), develop corrective actions, and track results to eliminate recurring equipment issues.
  • Serve as a key liaison between maintenance, operations, and leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution.
  • Provide hands‑on technical guidance and coaching to Line Technicians and Tech I personnel, strengthening troubleshooting capabilities and reliability practices.
  • Monitor and improve site reliability KPIs, including downtime, OEE, work order compliance, and defect recurrence.
