Therolewill develop subject matter experts,improve the existing maintenance & reliability systemsandrenew ourMaintenance & ReliabilityCenter of Excellence as part of ourcontinuingjourney toManufacturingExcellence.Theleader will work closely with the site/business maintenance & reliability leadersandsupport functions to meet business objectivesanddevelop talentwhile standardizing best practices acrossChemours.

This position will be available at theChemours Headquarters inWilmington, DEand report directly to theGlobalManufacturingCenter of ExcellenceVice President

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop, continuously improve,and lead theChemoursAsset Care strategyand executionacross all manufacturing sites,leveraginginternalexperience,external modelsas well as theSociety ofMaintenance andReliabilityProfessionalsprinciples.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Benchmarking by leveraging external perspectives.

  • Standardize,deployand provide governance onmaintenance and reliability programsglobally, including preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance practices.

  • Accountableforestablishing, monitoring and actioning continuousimprovement of ChemoursAsset CareKPIsgloballybyworking with business operations leaders and the Chemours Asset Care network.This role will share accountabilitywith the businessesforTier 1 metrics includingOEEandMaintenance Costs as a% ofEquipmentReplacement Value,as well astargeted Tier 2 metrics.

  • Lead global rollout of tools, systems, and training, including SAP enhancements, reliability frameworks, and turnaround best practices.

  • Leadcross-siteand businesscollaboration, knowledge sharing, and the development of global reliability networks to ensure best practices and lessons learned are leveraged enterprise-wide.Lead the governance, change management and integrationofworkstreams focused on breaking down existing organization and initiativesbarriers.

  • Coach and developbusiness andsite-level asset care leaders,buildtechnical capability, a continuous improvementmindsetwhilefostering a culture of proactive maintenance and ownership.

  • Partnerwith Capital & Operations teamsoncapital projects and major turnarounds, ensuring reliability and maintainability are embedded from design through execution.

The following isrequiredfor this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering(Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field);Master'sdegree preferred.

  • 15+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or operationsin a chemicalmanufacturingenvironment.

  • 5+ years in amaintenance & reliabilityleadership role, preferablyleadingenterprise-wideglobal or multi-site reliability and maintenance programsthrough cross-functional teamsin achemicalmanufacturing environment.

  • Proven experience implementing structured reliability frameworksas well as process safety mechanical integrity programs.

  • Proven capability towork, and communicate, across multiple levels (shopfloor to senior leaders)to build value and adoption of change.

  • Technicalknowledge across reliability, workflow management and lifecycle asset management.

The following ispreferredfor this role:

  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)or equivalent certification.

  • Formal training inTPM, WCM,and/or Lean Six Sigma(Green Belt or higher preferred).Lean experience indriving improvement.

  • Strong background inSAP PM, knowledgeable of digitalreliability tools, predictive analyticsand AI applications
