Job description

Operates multiple-position telephone switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls for hospitals and Doctors Answering Service and performs miscellaneous telecommunications and clerical duties. Monitors all hospital alarms, performs code paging, and also provides patient information. Consistently delivers exceptional service to all callers. 

Estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.94 / hour depending on experience.

  • High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Must have a minimum of one year customer service experience and basic computer knowledge.
  • Associate of Art desired.
