Job description

As a member of our Spa team, you will work to ensure that guests receive the pampered, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience they are seeking. You will be responsible for booking appointments, greeting guests upon arrival, and escorting guests to treatment areas. You will also use your knowledge to provide information about spa services, treatments, and products.

  • Answer telephones in friendly and courteous manner, providing information, schedule appointments and taking the necessary notes
  • Complete payment transactions prior or post a guests spa/salon treatment
  • Assist in the professional and clean image of all spa and surrounding facilities
  • Communicate all necessary guest information, allergies, and request to the appropriate service provider

  • Must be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in the spa or salon industry preferred
  • Previous customer service and cash handling experience required
  • Industry related certifications or education a plus

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus. Must be capable of answering phones and using a computer.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to indoor working environment. The noise level in the work environment is low.
