Job description

As the retail attendant at Little Dumplings, you will provide excellent customer service and assist guests with their retail purchases.  To assist in maintaining a clean, properly stocked and well merchandised shop.

  • Arrive for scheduled shift on time properly groomed.
  • Meet and greet every guest as they enter the shop.
  • Assist guests with merchandise purchases.
  • Provide courteous and professional customer service to all guests.
  • Responsible for properly ringing up merchandise purchases.
  • Have product knowledge of merchandise in the stores
  • Help maintain merchandise displays.
  • Assist with maintaining proper merchandise levels.
  • Ensure that all merchandise is properly tagged and presented properly.
  • Help maintain cleanliness of shop.
  • Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist with physical inventory.
  • Tasks assigned by Manager or Supervisor

  • Previous cash handling experience.
  • Basic knowledge of computers.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Work flexible days and shifts
  • Be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Retail experience preferred.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, see, and hear. Must be capable of walking or standing 90% or more of a normal 8 hour work shift. Must be capable of frequently carrying, lifting. pushing or pulling up to 50lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to an indoor and outdoor working environment and the noise level in the work place is usually moderate to high.
  • Typical equipment used include but are not limited radios, Ski tuning equiptment, cleaning supplies, handheld devices, phones, and computers. 

Hourly Rate: $20.00/hr
