The Role: Deposit Relationship Manager (Targeting Commercial Businesses / B2B):
The Deposit Relationship Manager will be responsible for initiating and developing new commercial business deposit relationships and closing sales of deposit services. The manager will also partner with the bank's Client Care team to deliver an excellent service experience while consistently identifying potential growth opportunities.
Responsibilities: Deposit Relationship Manager (Targeting Commercial Businesses / B2B)
  1. Research and identify potential commercial business clients to build a strong pipeline of opportunities and achieve sales targets
  2. Manage the full acquisition process: prospecting, client contact, needs assessment, proposal development, onboarding, and relationship growth
  3. Oversee all phases of the sales and service lifecycle, including lead generation, compliance, systems use, and product knowledge application
  4. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
