Overview
We are currently seeking a Relationship Manager in our Commercial Real Estate group. This individual will be responsible for all phases of relationship management and business development. They will examine, evaluate, authorize or recommend approval of customer applications for commercial real estate loans.

The Relationship Manager plays a key role in developing, managing, and expanding relationships with commercial real estate and middle-market clients.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with middle-market and commercial real estate clients.
  • Achieve assigned business goals and production targets.
  • Negotiate loan terms and conditions with borrowers.
  • Source qualified referrals from existing clients, investors, and professional networks.
  • Cross-sell bank products and services to deepen client relationships.
  • Manage and administer existing loan portfolios and customer relationships.
  • Collect and analyze business, financial, and credit information.
  • Evaluate the financial feasibility of CRE transactions and prepare greenlight memos for credit committee review.
  • Collaborate with retail banking partners to strengthen internal relationships.
  • Identify and analyze potential loan markets to develop new business opportunities.
  • Advise management on external factors that may affect lending policies, such as new or revised legislation and regulations.
  • Recommend and help implement updates to established policies and procedures.
  • Represent the Bank at marketing events, community functions, and industry activities.
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial real estate lending and portfolio management.
  • Experience with various loan structures, including permanent, construction, and bridge loans.
  • Strong background in finance and credit analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Treasury, FX, and derivative products.
  • Proven sales track record and strong negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, or a related field required.

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is USD $70,000.00/Yr. - USD $220,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
