Relationship Manager Needed
Celero Commerce is looking for a dynamic and results-focused Relationship Manager to support and grow our existing partner portfolio in Rosemont, IL. In this role, you'll act as a strategic advisor and key point of contact for Celero's partners, helping them uncover new opportunities, optimize performance, and deepen engagement with our suite of payment solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner Development: Build and strengthen relationships with Celero's partners, maximizing their sales potential.
  • Strategic Planning: Design and implement strategies to enhance partner production, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Consultative Support: Provide actionable insights and guidance to help partners drive revenue growth.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular reviews to celebrate successes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to deliver seamless partner support.
  • Reporting: Share sales performance updates, forecasts, and partner engagement metrics with senior leadership.

Experience & Requirements:
  • Rosemont, IL - based position
  • 2+ years of experience in relationship management, account coordination, training, teaching, or customer-facing roles
  • Proven ability to build trust and communicate clearly with a wide range of audiences from external partners to internal teams
  • Comfortable presenting and delivering information in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a passion for helping others succeed
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, POS software, fintech tools)

Compensation: $45,000 base + bonus and residuals
