Job description

The Donor Relations Manager provides key support to the advancement arm of the Foundation. This position provides support, coordination and processing for the daily functions of donor management, scholarship management, and the Foundation's overall stewardship activities.

1) Donor Recommendations: Supervise, receive and process donor recommendations, maintain records of grants, perform due diligence and ensure timely communication with donors and nonprofits.

2) Donor Services Support: Provide administrative and coordination support in donor outreach and stewardship activities, arrange donor educational opportunities, devise and help create content designed to better engage donors, solicit proposals from organizations of interest, and develop/implement RFP processes for funds requiring a complex application.

3) Scholarship Program: Manage the scholarship program executed by the Donor Relations Associate. Handle high-level issues and donor interactions.

4) Reporting: Maintain and prepare accurate donor reporting for various funds and programs/initiatives. Manage grantee evaluative reporting.

5) Perform other duties as assigned.
