Rehabilitation Manager

Location: Rosemead, CA

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Manager to oversee rehabilitation therapy services, staff operations, and program performance within a healthcare setting serving elderly and medically complex patients. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, effective therapy operations, and staff development while working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage rehabilitation therapy programs and daily department operations

  • Supervise, mentor, and support rehabilitation staff

  • Coordinate treatment planning and therapy service delivery

  • Monitor productivity, quality metrics, and program outcomes

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations

  • Collaborate with leadership regarding staffing, scheduling, and departmental needs

  • Conduct home visits as needed for therapy oversight and participant care

  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and operational records

  • Support continuous quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy required

  • Active California Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) license required

  • Minimum 5 years of rehabilitation therapy experience required

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience required

  • Experience working with elderly, geriatric, or medically complex patient populations preferred

  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
