Work Environment

The Physical Therapist position is based onsite within our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, located in the heart of San Bernardino, California. As a full-time role, you will work regular hours from Monday to Friday, specifically from 2 PM to 8 PM. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered physical therapy by assessing and managing the therapeutic care of an assigned patient group, in line with individualized care plans developed with physicians and the care team.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status.
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans that emphasize goal achievement, patient engagement, and positive experiences through ongoing assessments.
  • Perform evaluations and treatment interventions within the scope of practice, adhering to state laws and professional ethics.
  • Provide direct therapeutic care, utilizing appropriate techniques and procedures to facilitate improvement in patient conditions in accordance with the physician’s plan of care.
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and families on therapy practices, therapeutic appliances, and exercises for home use to enhance recovery.
  • Manage your caseload effectively, prioritizing patient needs, determining staffing requirements, and coordinating assignments with the care team.
