Body Rehab Solutions is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in Lancaster, California. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical functions, addressing musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans that align with each patient’s goals and progress.
• Implement and oversee targeted therapeutic interventions, employing manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and other modalities.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes accurately in compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes, exercises, and equipment use, enabling effective self-management outside of therapy sessions.
• Manage caseload to prioritize patient needs, optimizing daily therapy assignments and ensuring timely service delivery.
• Participate in departmental meetings, contributing insights and ideas for improving clinical practices and enhancing patient engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Body Rehab Solutions, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries, individuals with chronic pain, and pediatric patients with developmental disorders. Your role is essential in guiding each patient through their rehabilitation journey, ensuring they receive compassionate care that promotes both physical recovery and emotional support.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapy License in the state of California.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or willingness to obtain it within 30 days of employment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation setting is advantageous, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric populations is a plus.
• Knowledge of advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities, such as dry needling or therapeutic ultrasound, will be considered beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
