Internal monitoring of operational processes to ensure Amazon Pharmacy's compliance with accreditation standards.

Collaborate with internal partners to ensure policies, personnel training, and resources remain current with evolving accreditation standards.
Develop and deliver clear, actionable communications to business leadership and internal stakeholders regarding accreditation requirements, changes, and impact assessments.
Participate in delegation audits and external regulatory reviews, preparing and supplying documentation and analysis as required.
Identify opportunities to streamline accreditation processes, reduce manual effort, and implement scalable solutions that support Amazon Pharmacy's growth.

They spend significant time partnering with cross-functional stakeholders - Quality, Compliance, Legal, and Pharmacy Operations - to ensure policies and procedures align with accrediting body requirements. The role blends project management with regulatory expertise, requiring the ability to pivot between strategic planning (like renewal timelines) and tactical execution (like responding to surveyor findings or updating standard operating procedures).
About the team
The Amazon Pharmacy Accreditation team, part of the Regulatory Operations team, manages the relationship between Amazon Pharmacy and external accrediting bodies such as URAC, NABP, and LegitScript. The team owns standard interpretations, navigates accreditation applications and renewals,
