We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial insights and recommendations that support business decisions and strategic planning. This role analyzes financial data, develops financial models, prepares reports, and presents key findings to senior management.

We are seeking a candidate in Metro Detroit.  

You will:  

  • Partner with the team to maintain and update Pigment forecasting software for forecasting and budgeting.
  • Support the development, analysis, and maintenance of bonus and commission plans for sales and operations.
  • Collaborate with senior sales leadership on monthly and annual sales forecasting and budgeting.
  • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting for business scenarios and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards that support decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Create and maintain financial and operational reports in Intacct.
  • Collaborate with Accounting to resolve technical issues within Intacct.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations that improve profitability, efficiency, and growth.
  • Partner with divisional controllers and business leaders to provide financial guidance and support.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, reporting, or consulting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software tools.
    • Experience with FP&A software preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial ratios.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
