Position Summary
The Change Management Specialist role supporting the Lottery Technical Operations is responsible for applying change management processes to IT infrastructure including AWS Cloud, leading automation efforts with tools like ManageEngine and AI, managing patch deployments, and as participating in Change Advisory Board activities.
This person will take lead on automation efforts using tools like ManageEngine, Open AI or Jira to reduce manual Change Management tasks, improve metrics, and increase visibility to Change Request using dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and have previous experience with using modern tools for automation.
Responsibilities
  • Participation in Change Advisory Board activities including leading meetings
  • Develop and implement change management best practices
  • Work with the Change Manager to document all I.T. changes
  • Assist in maintaining change and patch management policies and procedures
  • Assist with managing zero-day patching including timely communication and progress reporting
  • Create and maintain reports used to analyze and share change statistics
  • Understand and relate to new products, technology, strategy and be able to follow directions
  • Ability to conduct training sessions to share knowledge with peers and other support teams

Position Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus - custom reporting and dashboard creation a plus.
  • AI / ChatGPT knowledge to improve reporting and metrics.
  • 2+ years of Change Management experience to include software, hardware, network, operating system and patch maintenance
  • 1+ years of Lottery industry operations a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication and technical documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline intensive environment
  • Self-motivated and strong organizational skills

Qualifications
Education
2+ years' experience in Information Technology Change Management and/ora 4-year Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to self-manage
  • Ability to work in an office environment when required

Compensation:
$80,000 - $85,000 annually
