Vehicle Registration Clerk
Full-Time | Onsite | Monday-Friday | $17-$19/hr

Are you organized, friendly, and ready to join a team that values accuracy and great customer service?
America's Mailbox is hiring a Vehicle Registration Clerk to help keep things running smoothly in our Vehicle Registration Department.

In this role, you'll be the face and voice of our department-helping customers, processing paperwork, and making sure everything from license plates to documents gets handled with care and accuracy. If you're someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time, we want to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Helping Customers
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional, friendly manner
Answer phone calls and respond to emails with accurate, helpful information
Keep customers updated on their registration status and next steps

Handling Documents
Open, sort, and log all incoming mail for the registration team
Scan and upload customer paperwork to the correct files
Make sure mail and documents reach the right team members fast and efficiently

Shipping Out Registrations
Prepare completed vehicle registrations and license plates for shipping
Package items securely and apply the right charges to customer accounts

Supporting the Team
Help with daily office tasks and document processing
Follow procedures closely to stay compliant and consistent
Be someone your teammates can count on

What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail-you notice the little things
Organized and able to manage time without constant reminders
Friendly, clear communicator (both spoken and written)
Solid typing and data entry skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
Past experience in admin, customer service, or registration work is a plus
Reliable, honest, and able to work independently or with a team

You'll Need To:
Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Be comfortable driving for work-related errands
Pass a background check

Schedule:
Full-Time
Monday to Friday
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
