JOB SUMMARY:
Performs a wide randge of diagnostic Radiographs and CT exams used in the diagnosis and treatment of disease to provide quality patient care. Additional duties may include but not limited to: performs EKG, performs support duties to assist nursing, physicians and/or other healthcare workers .
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education (or equivalent years of experience):
a. Graduate from an Accredidted Radiology Technology Program
b. Completion of CT class and clinical rotation
B. Experience (or equivalent education):
a. 1 year experience as a Radiology Technologist in an acute care environment
b. 1 year experience as a CT Technologist in an acute care environment
C. Licensure:
a. ARRT Registered Radiology Technologist
b. ARRT CT certified
c. CRT license by FDOH
D. Certification/Registration:
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS.
