Radiology Technologist

Shift: Shift 1 - Thurs Fri Sat 7am-7:30pm W/ at least 2 On-Call shifts

JOB SUMMARY:

Performs a wide range of diagnostic Radiographs and CT exams used in the diagnosis and treatment of disease to provide quality patient care. Additional duties may include but not limited to: performs EKG performs support duties to assist nursing physicians and/or other healthcare workers.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Education (or equivalent years of experience):

a. Graduate from an Accredited Radiology Technology Program

b. Completion of CT class and clinical rotation

B. Experience (or equivalent education):

a. 1 year experience as a Radiology Technologist in an acute care environment

b. 1 year experience as a CT Technologist in an acute care environment

C. Licensure:

a. ARRT Registered Radiology Technologist

b. ARRT CT certified

c. CRT license by FDOH

D. Certification/Registration:

· AHA or American Red Cross BLS
