Job description

This role will be the main point of contact for property managers within their region, ensuring that properties are well-maintained, financially successful, and provide a
positive environment for residents. Their responsibilities also extend to implementing policies and procedures that enhance the value of each property and the living experience of the residents. Through effective leadership and management, the Regional Property Manager will support the overall objectives of the company.

The Regional Manager of Operations will be responsible for developing the "go-to-business" model and supporting metrics, business processes, and service level agreements across our internal resources, external vendors, and our key clients (Boards). The role will be responsible for both corporate level and client level strategy and
execution. The candidate will also work in collaboration across the multiple divisions of the company (ARS, etc.) to ensure stable and efficient business processes, execution, and deliverables for the broader company.

Management Responsibility:
• Direct Reports: 4-7 Property Manager/Business Leaders within HomeOwners
Advantage, LLC with a particular focus on residential property management and
ancillary services.
• Indirect Reports: 20+ HomeOwners Advantage professionals (concierge, assistant
managers, etc.), and 3rd party vendor contractors.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Regional Manager will be responsible for the development and growth of their segment of the property management business, with emphasis on the retention and
stability of our residential properties. In this capacity, the Regional Manager of Operations will be directly responsible for the future growth and infrastructure
development needed to meet the demand for management services. The Regional Manager of Operations will contribute to the overall health and sustainability of the company and all its divisions. This includes recruitment, team development, new ventures, system enhancements, business development,
commissioning, and brand definition.

Additionally, the Regional Manager will:
• Assist operations with special projects, training initiatives, and client
relationships.
• Be responsible for onsite coverage of properties during times when managers are
on PTO or during manager transitions.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Thoroughly understand business objectives, current systems, processes, and
industry trends to formulate the business architecture and vision that will serve as
a roadmap to grow and retain business and deliver increasing return on business
investments for their business area of responsibility.
• Manage operational field initiatives in coordination with responsibilities for
ongoing day-to-day management of associations while ensuring all projects are
delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Liaise with leadership of 3rd party vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Develop, implement, and maintain processes or methodologies necessary to
ensure operations are delivered in a "best in class" manner.
• Assist with development of innovative solutions for complex business needs by
working with the executive team, site-level leadership.

Knowledge and Skills:
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of diverse business experience, management or comparable leadership experience in an organization, with a
focus in strategic planning, operations, business development, resource development, and execution. The ideal candidate will have had direct business operations, client
management, and business development experience coupled with extensive knowledge and experience working in a distributed work environment.
