Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Intern, you will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily interactions and diverse job assignments within a supportive, team environment.
Every day you will develop essential business, financial, and analytical skills, perform market research and analytics, and contribute to various specialty areas across the CommonSpirit system.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong eagerness to learn, a proactive approach to job assignments, keen analytical abilities, and a collaborative spirit, aligning your unique talents with our organization's greater cause.
  • Responsible to work across collaborative interdisciplinary teams on system-wide initiatives.
  • Work on strategic system projects.
  • Synthesize a variety of analyses into effective and successful implementation strategies.

Job Requirements
Required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong analytical reasoning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, and team-building skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to new situations

Preferred
  • Graduate of Bachelor's, Master's or Juris Doctorate program in the past nine (9) months
  • Enrolled in Bachelor's, Master's or Juris Doctorate program within the past nine (9) months
