Renew Fitness / Club Pilates
Position Summary
The Regional Studio Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, operations, and growth of multiple Renew Fitness locations. This leadership role drives revenue generation, operational excellence, staff development, and member satisfaction while ensuring consistency with brand standards and company objectives. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a passion for fitness, team development, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth across memberships, retail sales, private training, and teacher training programs while achieving regional sales and profitability goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop General Managers, Sales Associates, and Pilates Instructors to maximize performance and engagement.
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple studio locations, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and brand expectations.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and overall studio performance to deliver operational excellence.
  • Analyze KPIs, sales metrics, retention data, and financial performance to identify opportunities and implement improvement strategies.
  • Lead local marketing, community outreach, networking, and partnership initiatives to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality member experience by addressing escalated concerns and promoting exceptional customer service.
