Summary/Objective
The Regional Studio Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing performance across multiple studios, including member acquisition, retention, team development, and achievement of sales and operational goals for at least two locations. This role is accountable for hiring, onboarding, coaching, and supervising studio teams while driving consistent execution of brand standards and business objectives. The Regional Studio Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and ensuring best-in-class member experience across all assigned studios. This leader establishes clear performance expectations, monitors key business metrics, and actively coaches teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence. In partnership with the Head Coach, the Regional Studio Manager aligns sales, operations, and fitness execution to ensure consistency and high performance across the market. This role reports directly to the Regional Sales and Operations Manager and leverages strong business acumen and data-driven insights to identify opportunities, solve problems, and deliver results across multiple studios.

Team Member Experience

Lead, coach, and develop Studio Managers and studio teams to consistently deliver brand standards across member experience, sales execution, operations, and financial performance.
Hold Studio Managers accountable to performance expectations through regular coaching, feedback, and development planning.
Ensure appropriate staffing across assigned studios through proactive workforce planning, talent deployment, and succession planning.
Build leadership bench strength by recruiting, selecting, and developing high-quality internal and external talent.
Support and reinforce training initiatives to ensure consistent onboarding, ongoing development, and operational excellence.
Partner with Studio Managers, Head Coaches, and the Regional Sales and Operations Manager to develop and execute action plans that drive growth, improve performance, and achieve business objectives.

Financial Performance

Oversee sales performance, utilization, and overall operational execution across all assigned studios to ensure consistent achievement of business goals.
Drive profitability by increasing membership, maximizing class bookings, and growing ancillary revenue while maintaining disciplined expense and labor management.
Generate and support lead generation through community outreach, marketing initiatives, and local market engagement strategies.
Monitor, analyze, and report on studio performance metrics through accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
Develop Studio Managers financial acumen to strengthen accountability, improve unit-level performance, and drive consistent results.
Lead execution of sales strategies and local market initiatives to ensure achievement of revenue and membership growth targets.
Ensure consistent execution of corporate promotions and community marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and studio performance across all locations.
Member Experience

Champion a consistent, high-quality member experience across all assigned studios in alignment with brand standards.
Partner with studio teams to promptly address and resolve member inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional and effective manner.
Conduct regular studio visits (14 per week per location, as needed) to assess performance, reinforce standards, and provide real-time coaching across service, sales, and facility execution.
Monitor member feedback, team feedback, and satisfaction trends to ensure timely follow-up and sustained corrective actions that improve overall experience and retention.
Studio Operations

Oversee and ensure consistent execution of studio operations across all assigned locations, including compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Maintain accurate inventory tracking of studio equipment, shipments, supplies, janitorial materials, and retail merchandise, including apparel, heart rate monitors, accessories, and other devices.
Monitor operational performance and partner with Studio Managers to identify gaps, implement solutions, and improve underperforming locations.
Support resolution of operational issues, including employee relations matters, HR processes, inventory management, supply chain coordination, and facility maintenance.
Leverage meetings, reporting tools, and digital communication platforms to drive alignment, communicate priorities, and ensure operational consistency across all studios.
Ensure cleanliness, upkeep, and functional efficiency of all studio facilities and equipment, including coordination with internal teams and external vendors as needed.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position directly manages Studio Managers and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and performance of assigned studios, including oversight of operations, financial results, and team effectiveness.
Work Environment
This position operates primarily within studio environments, with regular time spent working at a computer, communicating with team members and members in person and by phone, and utilizing standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing systems. The role requires frequent movement throughout studio locations, including prolonged periods of walking both inside and outside of the studio environment. The position also involves regular interaction with team members and members in active fitness studio settings that may be loud or fast-paced at times.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
As a full-time position, business hours are Monday through Friday. Longer hours, evenings, and weekend work as necessary.
Travel
This role requires regular travel of up to 75% within a designated region, typically supporting 515 studios within approximately a two-hour drive radius; occasional out-of-state travel may be required.
Education/Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in retail, fitness, hospitality, or direct sales management environments with demonstrated success in lead generation, team leadership, and performance management.
Prior single-unit management experience required; multi-unit experience strongly preferred, with boutique fitness, health club, gym, or Orangetheory Fitness experience a plus.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, drive sales performance, and manage operational and financial results in a fast-paced environment.
