We are looking for a proven and dynamic sales leader to be the Regional Sales Manager for our product lines in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California Region of the United States. This position is home-based and will travel extensively throughout the territory. Territory includes WA, OR, and Northern CA
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) contributes to company success by developing leads, establishing productive customer relationships, building and maintaining sales agent relationships, and closing business to achieve targeted sales goals. The RSM demonstrates a driven and positive attitude combined with the appropriate technical and interpersonal skills. The RSM will have a solutions-oriented selling approach to customer projects and be comfortable working in a team-based selling environment, in support of closing business.
Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell company equipment, products, services, and consumables.
  • Build, develop and maintain a distributor network within your territory.
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute a Regional Account Plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals for OEM, dealers, and reps.
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure the company is meeting all goals & objectives towards customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Timely, complete, and accurate CRM entry and reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Keeping up to date with company price lists and product literature.
  • Maintaining technological education for relevant software (Microsoft 365, Concur, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Collaborating with Sales team and management to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
  • Assisting distributor sales personnel in their techniques.
  • Having Monthly/Quarterly business reviews with distributor leadership.
  • Educating distributors with presentations of strategies, programs, training, and regular meetings.
  • Attend training sessions and company meetings as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience & Requirements:
  • Residence within territory
  • 5+ years' proven sales experience in Packaging and/or Industrial Manufacturing Sales
  • Proficiency with MS 360 Suite
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Effective organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Convenient access to airport and territory roadways
  • Travel up to 80%

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
