About the Role:

As a Remote Biller Regional, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality billing and insurance claims processing, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills will enable you to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring timely and efficient processing of claims. You will work closely with the billing team and other stakeholders to identify and resolve billing-related issues, while also staying up-to-date with changing regulations and industry trends.

Responsibilities:

• Process patient billing and insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient billing and insurance claims
• Identify and resolve billing-related issues, including discrepancies and denials
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
• Stay current with changing regulations and industry trends, making recommendations for process improvements
