Position Summary:
The Regional Recruiter is responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, hosting or participating in career events, developing long-term recruiting strategies, nurturing trusting relationships with potential hires and creating strong talent pipelines for the assigned community's and company's current and future hiring needs.
Education/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Previous work experience in healthcare field
