Responsibilities
What You'll Do:

Recruit with Purpose

  • Post jobs fast, screen resumes, match candidates to roles using Culture Index, and schedule interviews.

  • Connect great people to great jobs—fast. You’ll manage the candidate journey from resume to hiring manager with precision and care.

Own the Onboarding Experience

  • Send offers, kick off pre-employment screenings, and confirm start dates aligned with training schedules.

  • Lead "Welcome to Orkin" calls to set clear expectations and get every hire started right.

Champion Retention

  • Stay in touch with every new hire through their first 6 months—ensuring they’re supported, equipped, and engaged.

  • Conduct retention check-ins, resolve roadblocks, and celebrate progress.

Weekly, Monthly & Daily Rhythm

  • Drive hiring progress with data-backed updates to leaders.

  • Host check-ins, monitor reports, and continuously improve our hiring pipeline.

  • Lead monthly retention roundtables and collaborate on recruiting events.
