Position Summary:
The Regional Recruiter is responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, hosting or participating in career events, developing long-term recruiting strategies, nurturing trusting relationships with potential hires and creating strong talent pipelines for the assigned community’s and company’s current and future hiring needs.
Education/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Must have excellent analytical, computer, and organizational skills
Minimum of one (1) year related recruiting experience, regional recruiting experience is preferred
Previous work experience in healthcare field
