Your Profile

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, IT consulting, IT business partnering, or a related role.
  • Broad understanding of corporate IT, including infrastructure, applications, ERP systems, data, or related technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive outcomes in matrix organizations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage technical and business audiences alike.
  • Practical, hands-on problem solver who can quickly understand new challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience within industrial manufacturing, engineering, life sciences, or other operationally focused environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Fluent English and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Travel
This role includes approximately 30% travel, including visits to Heraeus locations throughout the United States and internationally. Periodic travel to our global headquarters in Hanau, Germany is also expected.
