Were looking for a dedicated Regional Optical Supervisor to help oversee daily operations across several of our optical stores. This is a hands-on role that combines staff supervision, operational support, and problem-solving to help keep our business running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly visit multiple store locations to supervise daily operations
  • Ensure staff are following company procedures and providing excellent patient care
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff when needed
  • Support doctors and manager by helping with supply orders, frame inventory, and operational needs
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, or replacements as needed
  • Serve as the first point of contact for staff questions and problem-solving
  • Monitor store organization, cleanliness, and inventory levels
  • Communicate with management about staffing, operational updates, and improvements
Qualifications:

What Were Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an optical setting (optical supervisor, optical manager, or similar role)
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of optical sales, products, and frame/lens selection
  • Knowledge of insurance and medical billing processes related to eye care
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Ability to travel between multiple locations in NYC/nearby areas
  • Confident communicator who can motivate and support staff
  • Problem-solver with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
