Job description

JOB SUMMARY: The Regional Manager, Mobile Fitting Studios is a new role responsible for the day-to-day execution of our Mobile Fitting Studio program, operating under the direction of our Founder and CFO. This person will own the P&L for their region, lead a team of fitters, and be the connective tissue between operations, real estate, IT, and marketing to keep every unit running, staffed, and full of fittings.

This is a hands-on, ownership role for someone who wants to build and run a growing field operation — not just manage a process, but shape how it scales.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Site & Unit Operations

  • Site Selection: Identify and evaluate potential sites for new MFS locations.
  • Real Estate & Permits: Partner with the real estate team to secure leases, permits, and related approvals.
  • Unit Logistics: Schedule and manage the movement of units, including set-up and breakdown.
  • SOPs: Build and maintain the standard operating procedures that keep every unit running consistently.
  • P&L Ownership: Own the P&L for the region's MFS units.

People & Partnerships

  • Fitter Staffing: Hire and manage fitters for each unit, or coordinate with other regional team members to staff units as needed.
  • Partner Development: Identify, sign, and onboard new partners, ensuring they have what they need to be successful.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • IT Coordination: Work with IT to ensure each unit is fully functional and that scheduling calendars are accurate.
  • Marketing Coordination: Work with Marketing to secure the collateral and materials needed to keep units full of fittings.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience managing multi-site or field-based operations, ideally in a retail, hospitality, events, or experiential setting.
  • A track record of owning a P&L and making sound operational and financial trade-offs.
  • Experience hiring, training, and managing a distributed team.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with real estate, IT, and marketing partners.
  • Strong project management skills — able to juggle site logistics, staffing, and partner relationships at once.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
  • A builder's mindset: this role will shape the SOPs and structure that future Regional Managers inherit.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Units are sited, staffed, and operating on schedule with minimal disruption.
  • SOPs are documented, consistent, and used across every unit in the region.
  • The region's P&L is healthy and trending in the right direction.
  • Partners are signed, supported, and set up to succeed.
  • Units are consistently full of fittings, supported by the right marketing collateral and a smoothly functioning calendar.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing multi-site, field-based, or regional operations in retail, hospitality, logistics, or a similar customer-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with P&L management, budgeting, and driving operational performance.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering with Real Estate, IT, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and adapt to the needs of a growing, fast-paced business.
