Team Operations Manager Opportunity Summary:

The Team Operations Manager is accountable for daily execution throughput, technician productivity, backlog control, quality performance, and customer delivery reliability within assigned branches or territories.

Job Duties:

  • Accountable for daily scheduling execution and backlog health through Service Coordination Supervisors.
  • Own technician productivity, labor utilization, and execution efficiency within assigned territory.
  • Ensure quality assurance reviews are conducted to reduce repeat work and execution defects.
  • Resolve operational customer issues prior to escalation to Regional Operations Manager.
  • Drive corrective action when branch KPIs fall outside established thresholds.
  • Lead hiring, development, and performance management of branch personnel.

Work Experience & Qualifications:

  • Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school; or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Supervisory Experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
