Now Hiring Family Entertainment Center Regional Operations Manager

We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing the overall operation of multiple go-kart family entertainment centers through maintaining cost and quality standards, maximizing profits, developing and retaining employees, and exceeding guest expectations. This is a fast paced, physically demanding high energy environment, so we are looking for candidates who are positive, outgoing, highly energetic, organized, personable, and who have great customer service skills.

The Regional Operations Manager will examine, analyze, and evaluate operations of assigned centers to ensure adherence to company standards and policies by performing the following duties:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages all sources of revenue including go-karting, food and beverage, corporate/group outings and other departments
  • Promotes company policies and philosophies to employees and guests through direct and indirect interaction
  • Employee relations to include: controlling turnover, motivating employees, focusing on employee development and retention
  • Completes monthly location visits ensuring safety, service and overall operations are maintained to company standards
  • Implements programs that meet corporate goals and objectives
  • Evaluates the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and reports these results to the Director of Operations
  • Ensures that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood
  • Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress
  • Follows company policies and procedures and is able to effectively communicate them to subordinates
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Job Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to travel up to 100% of the time to multi states, including frequent visits to assigned stores
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong planning and organizational ability
  • Must be able to safely lift/push/pull heavy objects on an ongoing basis
  • Must have 5+ years of multi-unit experience in a service related industry (ex. restaurants, bowling alleys, amusement parks, Hotel Management, miniature golf, etc.)
  • Great customer service skills
  • Must be able to work weekends and evenings
  • Background Check is required prior to employment
  • Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States
