Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Regional Director / Operations Leader to lead a high-growth, multi-unit foodservice region.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, field-focused leader with a strong background in QSR, convenience-store foodservice, franchise operations, or multi-unit restaurants. You’ll drive sales and profitability, develop field leaders, strengthen operator relationships, improve execution, and support continued market expansion.

We’re looking for someone who brings:
  • 8-10+ years of multi-unit operations leadership
  • Strong P&L and business acumen
  • Proven success driving sales and improving underperforming markets
  • Franchisee/operator relationship experience
  • Exceptional coaching and team-development skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively

If you’re a results-driven leader who knows how to grow the business, develop people, and build strong operator partnerships, we’d like to hear from you.
