Job description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketer to join our growing long-term care organization in East Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven marketing professional with a proven track record of increasing census across multiple skilled nursing facilities.

The ideal candidate must have regional marketing experience within skilled nursing/long-term care and possess established relationships with hospitals, case managers, physician groups, and community referral sources throughout the East Tennessee market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to increase admissions and occupancy across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, physicians, assisted living communities, hospice agencies, and other referral partners.
  • Identify new referral opportunities and expand market presence throughout the region.
  • Collaborate with facility leadership and admissions teams to achieve census and revenue goals.
  • Analyze referral trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at networking events, healthcare meetings, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Assist facilities in developing and implementing targeted marketing plans.
  • Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Ensure a seamless referral and admission process while delivering exceptional customer service to referral partners.

Qualifications

  • Required: Minimum of 3 years of regional marketing experience within skilled nursing and long-term care.
  • Demonstrated success growing census across multiple facilities.
  • Strong network of referral sources throughout East Tennessee.
  • Thorough understanding of Medicare, managed care, and post-acute referral processes.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple facilities simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel extensively throughout the region.
