Job Overview Our client is seeking a Data Analysis Manager - UT with relevant experience to become a member of the dynamic Unique Ability Team. The ideal candidate has a solid analytical aptitude, loves a technical challenge, is self-motivated yet thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities: Manage the UT (Ultrasonic) data analysis team's day-to-day operations and deliverables for the Americas region. Establish priorities and deadlines for the team to ensure client report deliverables are delivered on time. Perform Data Quality Assessments (DQA) and ensure deliverables are meeting client requirements and timelines.

Interpret ultrasonic (UT), geometry (GEO), and inertial mapping (IMU) pipeline inspection data recorded by Intero ILI tools. Maintain quality control of all deliverables including performing QA/QC validation checks and approval when necessary. Correlate analysis results to inspection data from previous inspections and/or verification digs.

Organize and prepare Final Reports of inspection to ensure results meet or exceed customer requirements. Collaborate with, and support, integrity engineers for advance analysis reporting such as fitness for service (FFS) assessments and/or Corrosion growth assessments (CGA). Communicate with clients in person, phone, email, video conferences.

Convey analysis findings and provide support for excavations and measurement results. Manage talent development of team, including annual performance evaluations and goal setting for department. Plan both short-term and long-term capacity management and resourcing needs for department.

Assist with the development and maintenance of online and in-person training materials and records to meet API 1163 and ANSI/ASNT ILI-PQ-2023 requirements. Required Skills: Above average communication skills needed for internal customers, direct reports and external customers Proven experience leading a team of analysts, minimum 5 years relevant experience Self-driven capacity to produce quality work with minimal supervision Strong computer skills including Microsoft word, excel, and access Capacity to complete a task entirely, on schedule with consistent quality and lead team members to do the same Strong analytical and interpretive skills Consistently demonstrated pride in results 10+ years data analysis experience with UT technology Management/supervisory experience Strong understanding of industry codes and standards Education & Certifications: ANSI/ASNT ILI-PQ-2023 Level 3 UT/GEO Analyst ANSI/ASNT ILI-PQ-2023 Mapping certificate preferred Degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent relevant experience Additional Skills: Quality improvement experience or certifications Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings Previous experience with global organization Proficient in English Additional proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese (Brasil) a plus Proud to offer Employees: Competitive wages and a bonus system based on company performance.
