As part of a permanent contract, we are looking for an  Global Key Account Manager in USA

Reporting to the Head of Global Key Account, your mission will consist in developing sales within the Connectivity division by offering technical support services, compliance testing and certification for electrical and electronic industry.

You will build your network and promote the SGS offer to ensure the sustainable growth of our services.

Main Missions:

  • Drive Global Accounts. Unlock New Sales. Lead from the Front. 
  • Meet assigned sales target  by unlock global opportunities
  • Expand strategic accounts across SGS's global network
  • Lead cross-BU solutions across testing, certification, and advisory
  • Influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers worldwide
  • Analyze customer needs and contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive technical and commercial proposals
  • Monitor project progress on a daily basis, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met, in collaboration with internal teams
  • Analyze and interpret commercial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Actively participate in professional events to represent the company, promote services, and identify new commercial targets
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in business or international trade
  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a global or multinational environment
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastchanging environment
  • Understanding of international trade practices and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customerservice orientation with a professional and positive attitude
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset to work with teams and functions across regions

Ideally, you have knowledge of the electronics/electrical industry.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $103,000 to $115,000 base salary.  This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
