The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for a high-potential Infrastructure Manager to step into a regional role with the opportunity to grow into a Director-level position over time.

You will act as a key technical and leadership bridge between senior IT leadership and regional teams—helping to standardize, modernize, and scale infrastructure across multiple sites and recently acquired business units.

This role offers a strong balance of:

  • 60% Technical Leadership (hands-on oversight, decision-making)
  • 40% Strategic Leadership (planning, alignment, growth)

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and lead IT Infrastructure operations across multiple sites in the Americas
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive standardization and integration across business units and M&A environments
  • Provide technical leadership across:
    • Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
    • Data center and hybrid infrastructure
    • Network environments (LAN/WAN/VPN)
    • Service desk and end-user computing
  • Identify and mitigate both visible and hidden infrastructure risks
  • Support infrastructure planning for:
    • new facilities and expansions
    • manufacturing and operational environments
  • Assist with budgeting, vendor management, and modernization initiatives
  • Gradually grow into leading a regional team of 12–15 professionals
  • Collaborate across global teams to align infrastructure strategy and execution

What You’ll Be Driving in Year One
  • Build and strengthen a high-performance infrastructure team
  • Help establish and drive “One Company” infrastructure standards
  • Support integration of acquired business units
  • Bring structure, visibility, and consistency to a complex, multi-site environment

What We’re Looking ForRequired:
  • BS in Computer Related Area/Masters Preferred or equivalent
  • 5–12+ years of IT Infrastructure experience, including leadership responsibilities
  • Experience supporting multi-site or regional infrastructure environments
  • Strong technical foundation in:
    • Cloud (Azure and/or AWS)
    • Data center operations
    • Enterprise infrastructure (networking, virtualization, storage)
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams, with desire to grow into broader leadership
  • Exposure to complex or evolving environments (e.g., integration, scaling, transformation)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across IT and business stakeholders

Preferred:
  • Experience with infrastructure standardization, consolidation, or M&A integration
  • Background in manufacturing, industrial, or data center environments
  • Working knowledge of SAP or other enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and DR/BCP concepts
  • Experience working in global organizations
  • Mandarin language skills (strongly preferred)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $160,000 – $180,000
