Job description

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85001 | Home Time: Home every weekend with a 48-hour reset
Pay: $1,350 to $1,550 weekly | Freight: Regional no-touch freight, 50% drop and hook
Steady regional freight every week
Weekend reset with consistent home time
No-touch freight with efficient load transitions
Assigned Freightliner Cascadia equipment
Drivers looking for practical regional freight and dependable operational coordination will find a position built around established freight lanes, organized route planning, and a regional operation designed to deliver reliable miles without unnecessary downtime.
More than 90 years of experience has shown that professional CDL-A drivers appreciate straightforward operations. Consistent freight, assigned equipment, and dependable scheduling help create an environment where drivers can focus on the road instead of constantly adapting to changing freight patterns.
• What You'll Earn
Weekly earnings average $1,350 to $1,550, paid every Friday through direct deposit.
A $1,200 weekly minimum is available for CDL-A drivers who meet performance expectations and remain available for dispatched freight.
Additional compensation is paid for detention time, layovers, and breakdown situations.
• Your Schedule
Enjoy every Saturday and Sunday off with a full 48-hour reset.
Regional freight operates from Maine to Atlanta and west into Indiana and Illinois.
Average trips of approximately 250 miles help provide dependable weekly mileage without excessively long hauls.
• Freight and Equipment
100% no-touch regional freight.
Approximately 50% of loads are drop and hook.
Assigned 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia equipment.
Double bunk sleeper, SiriusXM radio, 24-inch HD television, full-size refrigerator, battery-powered APU, and 1,500-watt inverter for personal electronics.
• Benefits and Perks
Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance.
Delta Dental coverage.
401(k) with company matching after 60 days.
Paid vacation and holiday time once established.
Family riders 13 and older for $5 per week insurance, and dogs of any breed or size ride free.
• What We Need
Valid CDL-A license.
Minimum one year of verifiable OTR experience.
Professional CDL-A drivers who want reliable regional freight, predictable home time, and a company committed to supporting experienced drivers.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
